Wave 1 CI tooling (kept for self-hosted CI generation)

Status: keep for laptop / self-hosted CI regeneration. Do not treat this tree as product runtime.

One-shot / historical artifacts (ghcr-pr-*.md, *-results.json, OPEN_PRS.tsv, …) are safe to delete when cleaning the laptop tree; they are not required for installer or docs.

Archive recommendation

When org CI is uniformly green on self-hosted runners and new modules are created from muxcore-module-starter (which already ships CI):

  1. Copy GOLDEN_CI.yml.template + a short “regenerate CI” note into muxcore-docs (or installer docs).
  2. Keep gen-ci.js only if you still mass-edit workflow files; otherwise archive this repo/directory on GitHub and stop scheduling work here.
  3. Do not revive polluted dump trees from this folder.

Until then: keep _wave1 as a self-hosted CI factory, not as an end-user surface.
